O
ne now knows it, the water of the faucet is not anymore as pure as a few years ago: pollution by the nitrates, by the pesticides, herbicides and other more and more important chemical cocktails.
To filter the water of the faucet is a minimum to preserve its capital health and to get rid of the nuisances as the chlorine with its unpleasant odor or the limestone that furs the pans and the kettles.
It is not question here of to ease water while replacing the limestone by sodium (according to the principle of working of the softeners), because this eased water has a flavorless taste and is not very good for health (loaded water in sodium).
To purify water doesn't mean to demineralize it, but to get a quality of water coming closer of the water of the Mount-Roucous (one of the sold purest waters in bottle).
In particular, water purified by the inverse osmosis system perfectly answers the norms of quality defined by the bio-electronic of the Pr. Louis-Claude Vincent. Besides the main function of water (in addition to hydrate) is to clean the cells and it is not necessary to drink a very loaded water in minerals: it is worth to drink a pure water better and to have a balanced food (organic of preference).
